Add a Dark Theme to the website

Unfortunately due to some of the 3rd party controls we are using we are not currently able to add a Dark Theme to SharkScope.com, however, you can use Browser extensions such as "Dark Mode" which does a pretty decent job.

I've been using Dark Reader (1.1M installed Firefox extension) that gets the job done
